This is ONE bolt and ONE nut, for those who only need one or two new bolts.
We honestly don't have any old spare ones left at the shop. You've all gone through our old ones and the ones we get in are usually just too messed up to still use. Or worse, saw off all 8 of them for that 'customer' who comes in to ask if you can help him change his messed up board for the new one that he bought somewhere else... true story!
